The country restaurant Torboli was founded in 1968 as a small business after the will of Julius and Guido Torboli, father and son, always been inhabitants of the mountain Velo. In the '70 years this small economy was developed in agritur (agriculture). So was made possible its own typical country products to enhance and exploit (such as wine, plums, apples, cherries and oil). Now, as then, the land and restaurant is guided by the family Torboli, with the same passion and love for their country, who Julius and Guido at the beginning of this adventure driven.
